3 × 2 hour antenatal visits in your home while you're pregnant. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring your beliefs around birth, learning about the birthing process and/or filling gaps of knowledge, mapping your labour and birth, learn techniques to manage the intensity of labour that can be used by mum and birth team, assisting your mindset preparation leading up to your birth.

This offering is a 3 hour in home visit once your baby has been born and is designed to fill your cup when you need it most.

I am here to lighten the load in any way that I can for your family.

The support you may want or need may differ from day to day, however it may look like:

Light cleaning

Meal preparation (food not provided)

Care for your baby so you can do anything you want or need (ie. take a bath, nap, spend time with older children)

Care for older sibling(s) while you spend time with your baby

Debriefing your birth and any feelings you may have

Breast/bottle feeding support

Baby sleep and settling support

Emotional support
