Doula offerings

  • This offering is for those wanting support during pregnancy, labour and birth.

    2 × 2 hour home visits while you are pregnant. During these visits we will get to know each other, cover education about the birthing process and/or filling gaps of knowledge, mapping your labour and birth, practise techniques to help manage the intensity of labour that can be used by mum and birth support team, assisting your mindset preparation leading up to your birth.

    1 x pre birth coffee catch up (prior to 38 weeks), a chance to check in before we await the arrival of your baby.

    Unlimited phone and text support

    On call and available from 38 weeks until your baby arrives

    In person labour and birth support

    1 x 2.5 hour postpartum visit at home once your baby has been born which includes debriefing your birth and support around the home as needed

  • This offering is a 2.5 hour in home visit once your baby has been born and is designed to fill your cup when you need it most.

    I am here to lighten the load in any way that I can for your family.

    The support you may want or need may differ from day to day, however it may look like:

    • Light cleaning

    • Meal preparation (food not included but I’ll always bring some one handed snacks!)

    • Care for your baby so you can do anything you want or need (ie. take a bath, nap, spending time with older siblings or going for a solo walk)

    • Care for older sibling(s) while you spend time with your baby

    • Debriefing your birth and any feelings you may have

    • Breast/bottle feeding support

    • Baby sleep and settling support

    • Emotional support

    Investment is $160 per visit.

    Add a slow cooked meal (3-4 serves) for $30.

    You may book a one time visit or as many as you and your family feel you want or need.

    Due to my own family commitments and client capacity, I can offer one visit per week, on a Monday or Wednesday.
